The TravelKorner Magazine concept wants to share traveller’s insight and views. A space for expression by talented travel writers and photographers searching for an online venue to share their journeys.

TravelKorner focuses on stories that inspire people to enjoy discovering the culture, food and hidden places.

We welcome you to read, comment and also share your stories! Send us a story in any language and we will help promote you work to readers arond the globe as one of our associate journalists.

Destinations should be accessible to most travelers – off the beaten track or well visited but with new interest and travel related to mainstream to adventure.

Our publishing goals are to showcase your talent as a travel writer and be an advocate for travelers. TravelKorner’s Tag line is “Share Your Korner,” and accordingly, a TravelKorner article must capture the travel experience in a way that inspires readers to follow and inform them how do so with useful information.

TravelKorner articles are usually theme focused and of particular interest are historic places, gear, short city stays, little-known or undiscovered spots, as well as plane, train, cruise, and driving trips. Destination information is generally provided separately at the end of each article and includes travel details, where to stay, where to eat, what to see and do there, and where additional information can be found.

TravelKorner is also interested in developing regular columns focussed on practical travel information, subjects could include photography, food, lodgings, ecotourism, travel learning experiences, and 48-72 hour getaways. Tell us want your interest are and you could be provided access as a regular columnist.

Articles should be of 300 to 750 words. Your article can be of a previously published story that you authored and has been updated with current travel information. Your article of a destination should be based on the senses of its feel, its look, its flavor and what makes it different than others like it.

We accept submissions, queries or ideas for articles, but we do not assign stories.
